We process data necessary to provide autonomous FMCG ERP services. This includes Wholesaler Profile Information, Inventory Records, Invoices, Retailer Transactions, and WhatsApp-based communications.
Natural language transcripts processed through our WhatsApp Order Agents are solely analyzed to extract accurate transaction tables, dispatch parameters, and payment confirmation values.
2. Processing & Government Pipelines
To automate GSTR compliance and generate valid e-way bills, distiqoAi connects directly to NIC and GSTN APIs. We act strictly as a secure router; all credentials, authentication keys, and transaction payload contents are stored in hardened vault servers.
3. Information Safeguards
All databases are protected with AES-256 standard encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 protocol encryption in transit. Our servers are distributed across multiple physically secure cloud zones within India.
4. Wholesaler Rights & Exit
You retain complete ownership over your customer directories, margins, and sales ledgers. If you choose to terminate your relationship with distiqoAi, you may request a complete physical database export. All local caching pipelines will be permanently purged within 30 days.
