1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a distiqoAi account, integrating GSP gateway tunnels, or deploying WhatsApp-based agents to parse retailer chats, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Services & AI Agents
distiqoAi provides dynamic GenAI-native ERP tools. Our agents autonomously parse orders, log collections, reconcile ledgers, and synchronize GSTR tables. While our models operate with 99.8% semantic extraction accuracy, final filing review, stock dispatch confirmation, and credit authorization remain the absolute responsibility of the licensed distributor.
3. Portal Security & Credentials
To execute GST filing tasks, e-invoice generation, and bank reconciliation checks, you must provide active tokens or credentials. distiqoAi agrees to handle all authorized access tunnels in compliance with NIC and GSP security guidelines. You agree not to provide falsified firm credentials or GSTIN numbers.
4. Service Uptime & Godown Linkages
We strive to maintain high-availability systems (99.9% uptime). However, distiqoAi is not liable for temporary offline sync delays triggered by warehouse hardware errors, power grid outages, local telecom network limits, or GSTR government portal service drops.
